CLICK-TO-DELIVERY SPEEDS

OTHWAY offers three click-to-delivery speeds: Standard, Expedited, and Priority. The delivery time for each is calculated as the time from when an order is placed to when it is delivered to the buyer. Tracking information is available as soon as an order is packed for delivery at our fulfillment center.

The delivery times in the table below apply to orders that are delivered within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

Note: While we processes and delivers orders seven days a week, we calculate delivery time in business days. Priority and Expedited speeds have a 2 p.m. Pacific Time cutoff for order submission.
